Hi, we’re the Hurleys! We were married in 2025 in the Ogden, Utah Temple. Jacob comes from a background in the ag industry, having been raised on a small beef operation, and served a 2-year mission for his church in Arkansas. Oakley grew up in Ogden, Utah, and served an 18-month mission for her church in Oregon. We started Hurley Tree and Stump in 2024. It started out as a lawn care business with a few trees and stumps on the side. My passion quickly changed from lawn care to tree removal — it’s what makes me who I am!
My grandfather served in Vietnam, and after the war he started working for Mack Truck. To make a little extra money on the side, he stump ground. My father did tree and stump removal to pay for college, and I have fallen in love with it! We pride ourselves in doing professional work.
